Why Rhythmic Care
Rhythmic Care Provides care and support in the community with a view to preventing or delaying the need for a more costly Care Home. We are flexible in our approach, allowing us to provide you with tailored care and or support that meets your specific individual requirements. Therefore we can provide a range of services to fulfil your needs that can be as little as one visit per week to full 24 hour care including a sleeping service or a night sit.
At Rhythimic Care, we can assist with
Personal care including skin care, hair care, oral hygiene, bathing and showering.
Dressing/undressing and getting up and going to bed
Intimate care and continence care
Mobility and as required moving and transferring in and out of bed or a chair using a hoist as required
Menu planning, meal preparation and the serving of meals and drinks
Assisting or administering medication including where required the collection of prescriptions
Personal laundry
Basic household duties such as bed making, washing up, shopping
Appointments for example hospital or GP appointments
The provision of companionship and encouragement to remain enabled and exercise choice
