Why Rhythmic Care
Our End of Life Care is provided by a team of dedicated local Care And Support Workers, who are specially trained to care for those with a terminal illness. We offer not just care but comfort and support to both Service Users and family members. We are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We can provide short visits, live in Care, night sits and or sleeping’s. So whatever your needs, we are here as and when required.
The comfort and dignity of the Service User is paramount and we work closely with District Nurses and other Health and Social Care staff to fulfil this aim.
Our End of Life Care and Support Workers can provide assistance with:
Personal care which includes support with, bathing, showering, washing and or dressing
Toileting, continence and or intimate care
Medication assistance or administration
Mobility support, such as help moving position in bed and help with standing or sitting – and using hoists when required
General housekeeping, personal laundry, washing and shopping
Meal and drink preparation including assistance at mealtimes
Making and changing bedding
Enabling choice and being involved in your care and service
Peace of mind and emotional support
Spiritual support as requested
We are fully registered with Care Quality Commission (CQC)
