With years of experience and a solid reputation for excellence, we currently offer placements in our fully serviced supported living facility located in Ilford and Newham for now. We are also excited to extend our partnership opportunities to Southwark Council and other local authorities.

Our Supported Living Accommodation
We provide safe, homely, and supportive environments tailored to meet the individual needs of older and young adults with a range of complex challenges, including:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Learning Disabilities (LD)
- Mental Health (MH) conditions
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Sensory impairments
- Complex and multiple needs
All of our accommodation units are designed with independence, dignity, and comfort in
mind. Current availability includes:
Coventry Road, Ilford
- Two spacious ground floor flats
- Ensuite bathrooms and fitted kitchen facilities
- Access to a shared conservatory and large garden
- Ideal for clients who benefit from ground-level living
Lonsdale Avenue, Newham
- Five fully furnished ensuite bedrooms
- Two rooms on the ground floor and three on the first floor
- Brand-new setup with modern furnishings
We are fully registered with Care Quality Commission (CQC)

- 24-hour staffed accommodation with personalised support
- Dedicated support teams with PBS and PMVA training
- Internal Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) consultation and review meetings
- Regular MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Team) and CPA (Care Programme Approach)
participation - Monthly key-working sessions and one-to-one support tailored to each individual
- Dedicated activities coordinators to promote engagement and development
- Respite care services available
- Initial assessments conducted within 24 hours of approval
